Trump to lead the working group for 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles

President Donald Trump establishes a working group on the 2028 Olympic Games which are held in Los Angeles.
Trump will sign a decree on Tuesday to make the working group official, said the White House.
Trump said Los Angeles Summer Games were among the events he looked at mostly during his second term. The 2028 Games will be the first Olympic Games to be organized by the United States since the 2002 winter games in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Trump “considers that it is a great honor to supervise this world sports show,” said the press secretary of the White House, Karoline Leavitt, in a press release, qualifying Sports one of the “biggest passions” of the president.
The president and president of La28, Casey Wasserman, said that the working group “marks an important step in our planning efforts and reflects our common commitment to not only provide the biggest, but the biggest games that the world has ever seen in the summer of 2028.”
