Cuddles as a family of Barbie and Peter Reynolds meet in Doha

A British couple released by the Taliban after being detained for almost eight months found their family in Qatar.

Peter Reynolds, 80, and his wife Barbie, 76, who have lived in Afghanistan for almost 20 years, were released on Friday morning by Qatari mediation, then landed in Doha where they were welcomed by their daughter.
