Cockfighting Bettor Killers filed by the Ministry of Justice

The Ministry of Justice (DOJ) officially recorded a case of disappeared persons with the people involved in rooster fights and a supposed brain behind their abduction, Charlie “Atong” Ang.
The DoJ filed the complaint, which is subject both accusations of murder and illegal detention against Ang and a tight circle of rumor accomplices in the Phillipines.
These accusations also relate to the murder of rooster combat bettors, known as “Sabungeros”, and to the possible isolation of a witness in Cambodia by Ang.
Ang faces accusations of murder and illegal detention
The Secretary of Justice, Jesus Crispin Remulla, was strongly involved in the case which was attributed by the testimony of a denunciator close to Ang.
Julie “Dondon” Patidongan is an integral part of Doj’s progress by highlighting the possible misdeeds linked to illegal gaming rings, as is her brother Elakim.
Julie Patidongan was the director of the farm, who was an umbrella title for the management of all the locations operated by Ang, according to the Manilla Times. In this position, they had control of the security personnel, supply and all other comings and goings in these places.
Elakim Patidongan was repatriated as part of the Remulla case, and he thinks that the man close to the inner circle of Ang can also submit key evidence alongside his brother. The two brothers have now submitted affidavits.
“His testimony (from Elakim) is the missing factor,” said Remulla. “It now makes government theory very credible.”
Patidongan Brothers Key of the Doj affair
Elakim has given evidence of murders as a witness and has given information, such as the location of human remains in Lake Taal on the island of Luzon in the Philippines.
Remulla said: “It is rare that we have a witness which is strongly placed and anchored in a criminal organization. It is very rare. I think it is the first time in the history of the Philippines that we have something like that – a real denunciator exhibiting the acts of a criminal organization. ”
Elakim has also provided evidence alongside Dondon who point to the involvement of officers of the National Police Commission (Napolcom) in the killings. Twelve officers have now been suspended as part of the case, the vice-president of Napolcom, Rafael Vicente Calinisan, making a declaration on the decision.
“This is a Napolcom tool to ensure the safety of witnesses and the integrity of the investigation,” said Calinisan.
Patidongan, according to the Napolcom press release, accused these officers and said that they “had participated in these murders and would be involved in illegal activities alongside Charlie Ang, of which they have received fat or protection money.”
AR refutes allegations to kill
Ang filed a complaint against Patidongan and other complainants who say they have orchestrated the abduction and murder of the bettors.
His legal advisor, Gabriel Villareal, was public about the supervision of his client and even commented on the “relief” which he considered that he could defend Ang in an official framework.
He said, “It was as if we were beaten in the dark, unable to answer because we have never seen any evidence. Now, at least we can face the accusations head -on. ”
Remulla remained stoic in the successful case, saying: “It is not something that can be precipitated,” he said. “But we are preparing well. Organized crime cases require deep and meticulous work – and the truth is starting to get out. ”
