Eze is the first goal of the arsenal “ very special ” after the artillerymen progress in the EFL Cup

Ebelechi Eze described his first goal for Arsenal as “very special” after having propelled the Gunners in four rounds of the EFL Cup.
Eze came out of the bench last Sunday to help save a point for Arsenal against Manchester City, his superb help for the level of injury time of Gabriel Martinelli obtaining a 1-1 draw.
And the striker of England again made his mark on Wednesday when Arsenal saw the Vale 2-0 port of League One in Vale Park.
The Gunners only needed eight minutes to break the deadlock, Eze struck at home after Myles Lewis-Skelly ignited Martinelli’s pass on his way.
Leandro Trossard made sure that Arsenal avoided an upheaval when he doubled their lead four minutes of time, the Gunners being ready to welcome Brighton and Hove Albion in the next round.
Asked about the opening of his account for the club, Eze, who joined an agreement worth 60 million pounds sterling of Crystal Palace in August, told Sky Sports: “Very special. I’m waiting to score for this club for a long time and the first is very special.
“It is a very difficult place to come. It is important that we have obtained the first goal and we could move forward. ”
Arsenal boss, Mikel Arteta, estimated thatbe could have had a hat -trick, the 27 -year -old denied a second in the 36th minute by a strong backup of Joe Gauci.
“This is why we got him to win football matches. He should have scored two others I think,” said Arteta.
Arteta withdrew Bukayo Saka after 63 minutes, this decision clearly took with one eye during the intimidating trip on Sunday to Newcastle United.
“We wanted to play him for a maximum of 60 minutes,” added Arteta. “He comes back from a big injury again and we have to manage his minutes.”
