Freediver moment establishes a new world record with a 126 m dive defying breathing

The Russian Freediver Alexey Molchanov plunged 126 m (413 feet) in a single breath to establish a new world record at the world help championships in Limassol, in Cyprus.
He went deep below the Mediterranean Sea with nothing other than a lighthouse, two fins and a rope as a guide, in a feat considered to be one of the most difficult liberal categories on the technical level.
Mr. Molchanov broke his own world record in 2024 125 m, during which he held his breath for four minutes and 32 seconds.
