Bally Bronx Casino’s offer has been approved, while another Coney Island location was denied the opportunity to move forward.

Bally still needs to acquire a casino license after buying the land from the company belonging to the acting potus family. It will be an expensive purchase in addition to the $ 60 million that the Paris operator paid to the Trump family for the rest of the ferry point lease.
