FBI agent suspended for the walking plans of James Comey Perr

An FBI agent was suspended because he refused to participate in a “Perp promenade” by the former director of the office James Comey, according to the American media.
The agent was suspended for insubordination, according to the information partner of the BBC, CBS, after the agent found that the plan was inappropriate.
Comey was charged in Virginia for two federal days a few days after Donald Trump called on the police to investigate his political opponents, including Mr. Comey.
The FBI leadership discussed the sending of “large and strong” agents “to Kevlar Gitests to bring Mr. Comey to his accusation of the court in Alexandria next week, reports CBS. The BBC contacted the FBI.
During a Perp walk, the police are publicly escorting a person accused of a crime while they are transported outside a police station or a courthouse, generally for the media cameras. The practice is common in high level cases in the United States.
Mr. Comey is expected to appear in court on October 9 to be charged with a lie at the congress and hinder congress procedure. It was at this point that his accusations will be officially read to him in court.
Mr. Comey is accused of lying to a senatorial committee in 2020 to find out if he authorized a classified information media.
He directed the FBI for a tumultuous period, when the office was investigating two high-level questions: the interference of the pro-Trump elections by Russia in 2016 and the former secretary of state Hillary Clinton of a private messaging server.
He denied criminal allegations and said he had “great confidence in the federal judicial system”.

If he is found guilty, he could incur up to five years in prison.
Trump dismissed Mr. Comey early in his first mandate in 2017 when the FBI was investigating the Russian interference, an investigation which later discovered that the Trump campaign did not coordinate with the Kremlin during the elections. Mr. Comey has been a target of Trump’s anger since that time.
The accusations against Mr. Comey were deposited just a few days before the five -year limitation period expired and a few days after the president appointed a new prosecutor in the region – Lindsey Halligan, who previously worked as Trump’s personal lawyer.
Trump named Halligan after expressed his frustration that “nothing is done” to his political opponents. In a public position on social networks, he called the American prosecutor General Pam Bondi to investigate Mr. Comey with the Attorney General of New York Letitia James and the Democratic Senator Adam Schiff, who supervised his first indictment.
“We can no longer delay, it kills our reputation and our credibility,” said Trump in the post.
It is not known if the plans to bring Comey with FBI agents will be forward. His lawyers would have planned to travel with Mr. Comey to his accusation of the court – a more common decision for a non -violent criminal case.
The BBC contacted its lawyers.
