Trump sends the California National Guard to Oregon after the judge prevents him from using the troops of this state in Portland

President Donald Trump sends 300 members of the California National Guard to Oregon after a judge temporarily prevented his administration from deploying custody in Portland, the Governor of California said on Sunday.
Governor Gavin Newsom undertook on Sunday to fight this decision before the court.
There was no official Washington announcement that the California National Guard was called and sent to Oregon, as was the case when the governor of Illinois made a similar announcement on Saturday about his activated state troops.
Oregon governor Tina Kotek said 101 members of the California National Guard arrived in her state on Saturday evening by plane and more were on the way. Kotek said there was no formal communication with the federal government on deployment.
“This action seems intentional to bypass yesterday’s decision by a federal judge,” Kotek said on Sunday. “There is no need for military intervention in Oregon. There is no insurrection in Portland. No threat to national security. Oregon is our home, not a military target. “
A Portland police spokesman refused to comment whether the members of the California National Guard were already in the city. A Kotek spokesman said on Sunday that he could not check the current location of the members of the guard who arrived in Oregon on Saturday, by putting questions in the Department of Defense
The California National Guard also referred questions to the Ministry of Defense. A spokesperson for the department refused to comment. There was no immediate comment from the White House.
Newsom, a Democrat, said in a statement that Californian staff were on Sunday and qualified the deployment of “mistreating the law and power”. He said that these troops were “federalized” and were put in the president’s month of control there are objections, in response to unrest in Los Angeles.
“The commander -in -chief uses the American army as a political weapon against American citizens,” said Newsom. “We are going to take this fight in court, but the public cannot remain silent in the face of such reckless and authoritarian conduct by the President of the United States.”
A federal judge committed to Trump in Oregon temporarily blocked the Trump administration plan to deploy the Oregon National Guard in Portland to protect federal goods in the midst of demonstrations after Trump called the city “ravaged by war”. Oregon officials and Portland residents said the description was ridiculous.
American district judge Karin Immergut, who was appointed by Trump during his first mandate, made the order pending new arguments in the trial. She said that the relatively low demonstrations that the city have seen did not justify the use of federalized forces and that deployment could affect the sovereignty of the state of Oregon.
The mayor of Portland, Keith Wilson, said on Sunday that the city continues to request legal means to stop any deployment of the National Guard.
“This action bypassing the court’s decision and threatens to ignite a community that has remained peaceful,” said Wilson. “Our legal team is coordinated with our partners and will immediately continue all legal measures to enforce the judge’s order and protect the rights of portlanders.”
The American immigration building and customs application in Portland has recently been the site of night demonstrations.
Trump characterized both Portland and Chicago while cities go upmarket with crimes and troubles, calling the first a “war zone” and suggesting that apocalyptic force was necessary to suppress problems in the latter. Since the start of his second term, he sent or spoke of sending troops to 10 cities.
Trump authorized the deployment of 300 troops from the Illinois National Guard to protect officers and federal assets in Chicago on Saturday.
