RFK Jr. publishes online fishing trip photos in the middle of the cdc shooting

Friday, a horrible shooting took place outside the siege of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta. The shooting killed a police officer and left the staff of the building locked up and terrified. The shooter, who has tried without success to rape the building, was identified as Patrick Joseph White, 30. He was found dead on the scene.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., head of Trump from the Ministry of Health and Social Services, has not been particularly good to sail in his large -scale position since his entry into office. Its controversial beliefs and unusual policies have made bureaucrat a coherent target for criticism, and this weekend events turned out to be another opportunity for the controversy linked to Kennedy to burst.
Kennedy published a public statement on the shooting during the weekend. Before doing so, however, Kennedy notably published some photos of a fishing trip to his personal account X. “Fishing the Kenae with the chief of Ninilchik Ivan Pluswski President of the Tribal Council of Cook inlet and president of the Gloria Oneil council,” Kennedy published on Saturday morning. About thirty minutes later, Kennedy published a statement on his official account expressing his sympathy for the traumatized staff of the CDC: “We are deeply saddened by the tragic shooting of the CDC Atlanta campus who took the life of officer David Rose,” wrote Kennedy. “We hold on with his wife and three children and the whole CDC family.”

It should be noted that public figures are not always personally responsible for articles on their social media accounts. We do not know who directs Kennedy’s social ones but, whoever they are, they dropped the ball here. Gizmodo contacted the HHS to comment. A press release from the HHS published Monday afternoon said that Kennedy had visited the CDC campus where the attack took place and then “met in private the widow of officer David Rose, who courageously gave his life in the exercise of his functions”. The press release indicates that Kennedy “offered his biggest condolences and reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to honor the bravery, the sacrifice and the service of the pink agent to the nation.” Kennedy also contacted the staff on Saturday, shortly after the shooting.
However, Kennedy’s doubtful choices are not the only thing he was criticized for the shooting. White would have been concerned about the COVVI-19 vaccine which, according to MSNBC, he “blamed for his health problems”, an affirmation which was previously corroborated by CNN sources. Kennedy has notably spread skepticism on vaccines and fate the flames of conspiracy theory around the cocovio pandemic. Several medical organizations have recently continued Kennedy on the changes he has made to the government’s vaccination recommendations. With regard to the recent shooting, NPR reported that certain CDC dismissed employees have even declared that “Kennedy shares the responsibility for violence and should resign”.
Kennedy’s leadership at HHS has been criticized in progress. The Maha fanatic continued various marginal programs (such as eliminating synthetic dyes from cereals and other processed foods and reintroducing tallow in fries) while reducing funding, staff and resources to undoubtedly more important initiatives. Earlier this year, the HHS led to CDC layoffs which would have had an impact on thousands of workers, although some of these workers have since been invited to return to the agency.
