An American teenager is currently stuck in Antarctica after illegally landing his monomotor plane on Chilean territory.

Ethan Guo, 19, who was navigating a trip around the world when he landed at the southernmost pole in the world, has been stuck in the icy region since June, according to the Associated Press.
