Musk says he continues Apple so as not to present X and Grok in the “must have” section of App Store

The billionaire SpaceX, Tesla and X owner Elon Musk says that he plans to continue Apple for not having presented X and its artificial Chatbot Intelligence Grok application in its main recommended applications in its App Store.

Musk published the comments on X late Monday, saying: “Hey @apple app store, why do you refuse to put X or Grok in your” must have “section when X is the application of new n ° 1 in the world and Grok is # 5 among all the applications? Do you make politics? What gives? Interesting minds want to know.”

Grok belongs to the artificial intelligence startup of Musk Xai.

Musk continued by saying that “Apple behaves in a way that makes an IA company impossible in addition to Openai to reach the No. 1 in the App Store, which is an unequivocal antitrust violation. XAI will take immediate legal action. ”

He gave no other details.

In a statement sent by e-mail, Apple defended the fairness of its app store.

“The App Store is designed to be fair and free from prejudice,” he said. “We present thousands of applications via graphics, algorithmic recommendations and organized lists selected by experts using objective criteria.
