RFK Jr. officially puts a war against pediatricians. This week, he continued the American Academy of Pediatrics for having rejected the federal government and continued to approve the COVVI-19 vaccines for children.

In a Post X Post Tuesday afternoon, the secretary of health and the long-time anti-vacuum have accused the AAP of losing to the company’s pressure to make the recommendations. He also said that the recent decision of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to oppose the COVID-19 pediatric fires represented a return to “Science-Standard”. The AAP, on the other hand, argued that COVID-19 remains a threat of serious health for children, especially younger children.

CDCs are about coated vaccines

In May, RFK JR. announced that the CDC would remove its recommendations for healthy children and pregnant women to receive the COVVI-19 vaccine, including annual booster blows. Although Kennedy was flanked by the director of NIH Jay Bhattacharya and the head of the FDA Marty Makary, the announcement did not present any real CDC staff. Several days later, the CDC has officially updated its language to indicate that these groups can obtain these vaccines in consultation with their doctors (previous directives said they should).

Some countries have started to soften their recommendations for vaccine against 19 COVID-19 for children. And the CDC (external experts who guides vaccination experts in the United States) was determined to discuss their recommendations for the fall vaccination calendar in June, which would have included COVID-19. Kennedy rushed to the panel, however, and he provided no evidence at the time to justify the change. The following month, he unilaterally withdrew all members of the Advisory Committee and replaced them with members more favorable to his anti-vaccination opinions.

Why the AAP still supports photos cobe for children

Tuesday morning, the AAP published its own vaccination advice which, for the first time in 30 years, differs considerably from the position of the CDC.

The AAP strongly recommends that all children aged 6 to 23 months receive at least one COVVI-19 shot, citing their generally higher risk of having serious infection. Older children are also recommended to be vaccinated if they fall into certain groups, including higher risks of severe COVID-19 (such as those with lower immune systems), children who have never been vaccinated at all and children living with other high-risk people of severe COVID-19.

The AAP has also taken another blow to HHS for its recent decision to recommend against vaccines containing Thimérosal, a curator that anti-vacuums have long causes of autism despite many studies that find the opposite. He continued to approve the small minority of vaccines manufactured with the ingredient and recommended not to delay this year’s flu vaccines to eliminate these products from the market.

“We have largely examined the most recently available data on COVVI-19 risks in children, as well as the safety and efficiency of the Vaccines available COVID-19. It is clear that they are very safe for all populations,” said Sean O’Leary, president of the AAP committee on infectious diseases, in an AAP declaration. “Among the reasons, we have decided to move on to a risk-based recommendation for healthier children in good health is the fact that the level of hospitalization for young children and children suffering from underlying medical conditions remains high, in accordance with the rates for many other preventible diseases of vaccination for which we will vaccinate.”

Kennedy, however, allegedly allegedly allegedly allegedly the decision of the AAP was part of a “payment regime to promote the commercial ambitions of the great benefactors of the AAP”. And he called the PAA to disclose any potential conflict of interest.

To start, the AAP discloses its donors, some of which include vaccine manufacturers like Pfizer. These donors do not change reality that COVID-19 is generally less dangerous for children than the elderly, it is not harmless. The COVID-19 spoke badly to children, sometimes severely and, in rare cases, was even fatal. Meanwhile, scientific data trains have constantly shown that COVVI-19 vaccines considerably reduce the risk of serious illness.

Kennedy is also not one to talk about conflicts of financial interests, given that he greatly benefited from the crusade against vaccines. And in fact, many ideological allies of RFK and anti-vaccination supporters promote their own health products, often unregulated and alternative treatments.

In the battle between the AAP and the HHS altered under RFK. JR, I prefer to support him the side that does not demonize the vaccines whenever he has them.
