Meta wants to accelerate its race for “superinggence” – but investors will always want their billions of advertising revenues
Meta doubles her so-called race towards “superintelligence”, again reshapes his organization IA while her new Meta Superintelligence (MSL) laboratories are shaped. But analysts say that investors keep an eye on the price that the meta has always promised: improved products that increase engagement and, in turn, sell more announcements. This time, the former CEO of the Alexandr Wang scale – made its appearance by Mark Zuckerberg in June as the head of the AI – by putting the reorganization. Investors, on the other hand, seem to have mixed feelings: Meta’s actions have slipped more than 2% in the news today, but climbed most of the market on the market.
The actions’ prices slide also reflects wider market tremors, while the overheated names of AI and large techniques are presented with recent heights, said Daniel Newman, CEO of the research firm The Futurum Group. Overall, Proulx said he was not concerned about the apparently constant upheavals in the organization of Meta AI. “This space moves at a dizzying speed. As with any emerging technological race, there will inevitably be a lot of pivot. It comes with the territory,” he said.
For all the notes of superintelligence, however, the reshuffle of Meta’s AI shows that its bets are mostly the same: personalized products that keep billions of scrolls, flowing advertisements – and soon, glasses powered by AI perched on each face. How the company is silent will be closely monitored: “The question is now whether the team is actually allowed to deliver or not,” said Proulx.
