If there’s one thing I love more than a good horror comedy, it’s one that goes directly against Walt Disney’s wishes. Steamboat Willie to be in the public domain in 2024. Jumping at the chance to make a Mickey Mouse based slasher, writer Simon Phillips and director Jaime Bailey announced their intention to make it. Mousetrap, and release the trailer on January 1, 2024, the day copyright laws no longer apply to intellectual property if they’ve been waiting for this moment all their lives. The Mouse Trap’s Framework

Although at first I wanted to not see Tim’s mask at the beginning of the film, which means that he is the only person who can be the killer, going into the film without a secret somehow makes it more interesting.

The Mousetrap it doesn’t have to make you think, and there’s no big reveal.

In fact, five minutes into the film, you know exactly what’s going to happen (by design), which allows you to enjoy the violence knowing what’s going to happen as a spectator when everyone else doesn’t.
