Arizona Department of Gaming Problems to stop letters to four operators

The Arizona Department of Gaming (ADG) has expressed orders to stop ceasing to four license and unregulated game operators who, they say, target local residents.
According to a recent press release, the ADG estimates that operators offer access to illegal online game game platforms, including Casino style models “Sweepstakes” and Paris options on the sports book.
The disposal and dedication opinions were published for the online online game online, the Thrillzz mobile game, the Bettysweeps Casino and the Casino Pulsz.
“The active operations of these companies and online websites in Arizona are criminal criminal companies, and each operator has been responsible for abstaining from any future illegal operation or activity of any type in Arizona,” the ADG said in the update.
The operators were responsible for immediately ceasing all online or other online gaming operations and activities in Arizona and taking the necessary measures to prevent and exclude residents and visitors to Arizona to play on their websites.
“This last action highlights the ministry’s commitment to protect the public and maintain the laws on Arizona games,” said the regulator.
“The ADG continues to actively monitor, investigate and take application measures against entities that try to exploit Arizona residents thanks to unauthorized game activities, including possible application measures in partnership with the Arizona Attorney General Office.”
Arizona Department of Gaming asks residents to be careful
The regulator has also asked all residents to be careful when they participate in the game. They say that many online platforms currently accessible in the state are neither authorized nor regulated, exposing users to significant risks such as fraud, identity fraud and financial loss.
When operations do not fall under the regulatory authority of the State, ADG says that it cannot help complaints or disputes involving unregulated or illegal game activities.
“It is important to remember: it is not because you can download the application, access the website and play games that the platform is legal or safe,” warns the regulator.
