Australia PM Anthony Albanese is not convinced of the prohibition of pure and simple game

Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said that a pure and simple prohibition on game advertising would be difficult to apply.
In a conversation with ABC News, the chief broke his silence on the issue at a time when the government is considering an examination on domestic and sexual violence.
In the report, there are calls for new restrictions on games and alcohol, due to links with the social problems mentioned above. Co-author by the family commissioner, domestic and sexual, Micaela Cronin, the `Quick review ” put pressure on the current work administration to prohibit game advertisements, restrict game machines and revise online betting laws.
Although the government has suggested that it wants to take measures to resolve the problems of society, there is a reluctance to take drastic measures, and now the Albanian Prime Minister has commented on their position.
Asked about a pure and simple ban, Albanian replied: “What awaits us is the practice of knowing if people are simply offshore, then there is no income at all.
“They get involved in games of chance without any income not coming back at all. And that does not solve the problem.”
The 62 -year -old Labor Party has added that government ministers are still aimed at finding a solution that represents progress, in accordance with the report’s recommendations, while establishing a balance on practicality.
An additional response comes from the Australian government on game advertisements
A complete government response is expected towards the end of the year, but it should not accept a pure and simple ban on game announcements. Some have also indicated funding problems for the media and professional sports in particular, if advertising on the game (by sponsorship) was completely eradicated.
There is the support of the transversal deputies of the Australian legislative assembly so that strict measures were taken on the game, while the groups of lobbies continue to push hard.
Although partial restrictions at the moment and the frequency of game advertisements are more likely to be promulgated at the federal level, individual states have seized the initiative to do their own thing.
In New South Wales, advertisements have been prohibited In public transport, and Australia-Western has tightened its framework on play advertisements and an increase in sanctions for companies that flout the rules.
