Nevada Gaming regulators approved the developer of Bluberi Gaming slot to sell his games in the state.

The green light was given on Thursday, September 25, which means that Bluberi Gaming is authorized by the Nevada Gaming Commission to manufacture and distribute games of slot machines in the state. The company based on Canada and based in Las Vegas increased to 275 employees after a series of growth thrusts since the bankruptcy in 2016.

“The company has experienced many growth stages,” said Bluberi CEO Andrew Burke. “In 2022 and beyond, we were in the growth phase by adding jurisdictions, products and people. Our ambitions are much higher and the licenses in Nevada are a huge step in the process for us in the future. ”

The company had 66 licenses in 2019, but had kept the possibility of applying in Nevada until 2025. Burke argued that the company “was not ready”, on the basis of its knowledge of the NEVADA licensees and customer expectations for the region.

“Today, we are in 194 jurisdictions, with 10 other pending approvals and 12 others that we work,” he added. “We have increased our imprint by 1,000 units to 12,000 units and our number of employees has increased fairly significantly.”

Blueberi’s growth in Nevada and beyond

Financially, Bluberi goes more and more forced, his income that has increased four times in the past three years. Regarding his relations in Nevada, Bluberi is already dealing with MGM Resorts International, San Manuel Band of Mission Indian, Boyd Gaming, Caesars Entertainment and Penn Entertainments, which all operate in the state.

In 2024, Bluberi focused on growth in other areas, adding 29 new jurisdictions, including state licenses in Indiana, Louisiana sales, Oregon, Ontario, Rhode Island, Virginia and Virginia-Western. For 2025, the company was looking not only in Nevada, but also Ohio, Iowa, Louisiana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Mississippi, Illinois and British Columbia.

“Nevada is at home for me and an important home for many of our employees,” said Burke. “Being authorized in Nevada for our employees is a big problem, a source of pride. They worked in the state for a while. To tell their families that their games will be in the street of their place of residence is critical. ”
