Boyd Gaming Corporation has received a new set of proceedings in response to his recent major data violation.
The news of the action of the court comes from the American district court of the Nevada district, where former employees and those affected by the violation brought legal action, because their data may have been subject to public disclosure without their consent.

MGM Resorts offers support to Boyd
John Branden Newman, the technical director of MGM Resorts, offered his help, and the Nevada Gaming Commission supported the support line of the game operator.
