Cars have swept as the floods hit the south-eastern country

The floods struck parts in southeast Bulgaria, killing at least three people, including two rescuers.
Hundreds of people in the region were forced to evacuate their house and their infrastructure was damaged.
A state of emergency has been declared along part of the country’s Black Sea coast, where vehicles have been swept away and houses were left without electricity.
