CMF says that its over-ear headphones have a 100-hour battery, but I am skeptical

The drops on the first pair of CMF ear headphones, the pro helmet, continue to come. I have already talked about niche stuff like the “Slider Energy” and customizable earrings, but now Neue society (which transforms into an independent subsidiary) claims something that can be excited. In an article on X, CMF says that its pro helmet has “100 hours of reading”.

Needless to say, 100 hours is a lot – with or without cancellation of active noise (ANC). ANC-Is exactly where my skepticism comes into play. CMF means 100 hours with ANC or without? Because the first would be legitimately impressive, and let’s be honest, many more people care about the duration of their use using the ANC than without.

For reference, helmet 1, from nothing, has only about 35 hours with ANC and 80 hours of battery life with ANC. Audio-Technica ATH-S300BT get up to 60 hours with ANC and 90 hours without. You don’t need to be a mathematical genius to recognize that it would be a fairly big difference anyway. That being said, I strongly doubt that CMF’s Headphone Pro seems as well as headphones 1 – The first is set by the company Hi -Fi Kef, and costs $ 299. CMF tends to be a place where affordability is underlined, and I am not sure that $ 300 headphones register in this image. But hey, you never know!

Sound less nuanced or not, beautiful headphones with the personalization option and even original features that you may not get elsewhere as a fairly good deal. I can obviously not say if the pro helmet is nice because I have not yet tried them, but on the surface, these are really good starting points. If you will want to know the facts, do not worry, all these questions will soon be answered on September 29 when CMF removes the envelopes of the helmet.
