Guardiola welcomes the start of the “Perfect” Champions League and says Man City heads towards Arsenal full of confidence

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola said his team was heading for Arsenal this weekend full of confidence after swept Napoli in the Champions League.
The Cityzens won a 2-0 victory against the men of Antonio Conte at Etihad to claim the three points of Gameweek 1.
An early red card set the tone of the game, the night of Kevin de Bruyne ending early after doing 26 minutes to restore the balance of the 10 men of Napoli.
But that would not make any difference after Erling Haaland put the first match in the second half, sending a loop head in the most distant corner.
The dazzling race of Jeremy Doku and finished killed the match in Manchester, with the club building on 3-0 victory against Rivals United last weekend.
Speaking after the match, Guardiola said: “Yes, it was (a perfect start to the Champions League campaign).
“We play a lot of minutes against 10. The Italian teams are incredible (in La Défense). I have faced them on several occasions in the Champions League. Resilience, the goal … I admire them so much.
“I am very happy. It was a difficult week (Manchester Derby Plus Napoli) and we have an incredibly difficult challenge on Sunday (against Arsenal) but we go there with a good feeling.”

In the other canoe, the continuation was disappointed after the dismissal of his captain, Giovanni Di Lorenzo.
The Italian rear rushed to Haaland outside the box, and despite an initial game, the referee was invited to review the images and change his decision.
Speaking in the match, the former boss of Chelsea and Tottenham said: “It is difficult to play against Manchester City 11 against 11 and after 20 minutes, it is impossible with 10 men.
Defensively, we were really good, but with their two goals, we can do much better, but I have nothing to say to my players – the commitment, the attitude was good.
“If that had continued 11 against 11, you could see another game in my opinion. We are talking about Manchester City, a fantastic team and we have to recover and prepare to play the next match.
“I come back to Italy with the mentality of the team and I like the way they suffered together, but we cannot concede two goals.”
