Howe wishing to see Isak come back after Newcastle’s difficulties against Tottenham

Newcastle boss, Eddie Howe called Alexander Isak to show up on Tuesday after the absence of two weeks of the team striker.
Isak has kept Spain in shape with its former Real Sociedad club, but Howe wants to bring it back to Tyneside while speculation on the future of the front continues.
Liverpool’s 100 million pounds from 100 million pounds from Liverpool to the Swedish international has been described instantly on Friday evening, Howe clearly indicating that he intends to keep his star attacker.
Speaking in Seoul after Newcastle 1-1 draw with Tottenham, Howe admitted that the team’s pre-season tour had complicated the questions.
“Of course, I would like him to be, but if he will do it, I don’t know right now.
“We were here, the time time, so other people dealt with this situation at home.”
While uncertainty is on the immediate future of Isak, Newcastle has produced a solid performance at the Seoul World Cup stadium, coming from behind to ensure a draw against the Spurs.
Harvey Barnes canceled a first strike from Brennan Johnson, and Anthony Gordon stood out with a catchy display.
Thinking about the match, Howe said: “It was a good competition game. We did not start well, but we did very well with this difficult opening where we conceded.
“I thought the first half, we were better in the team. The second half was more uniform.
“Overall, I thought we had what we wanted, it was a good job and touch the wood without injuries.”
The game also presented an emotional moment when Newcastle players have formed a spontaneous guard of honor for Heung-Min Son, who played his last match for Tottenham.
“It was instinctive and nothing was planned,” said Howe. “But I think it says a lot for him as a player and person. People recognize the way he played the game.
“It was great to see in the two players of players, I am very satisfied with my players. He is considered one of the great Premier League players. ”
Howe and Newcastle now turn their attention to bring Isak in the fold when they continue their preparations for the new season.
