Intralote panels deal with the Montana lottery
Intracot, Inc. (intractral), one of the main world game suppliers, has signed a new contract to provide services to the Montana lottery.
The news implies Montana Lottery’s Sports Bet Montana and the supply of what Intracot describes as “new generation lottery services”.
Intracot and Montana Lottery conclude a partnership agreement

Intralote and fusion of Bally
Everything seemed rosy for intralote, having negotiated an agreement of 2.7 billion euros ($ 3.4 billion) with Bally’s Corporation (Bally’s) Interactive Business in July 2025.
Sokratis Kokkalis, the founder of intractral and the current president of the company, will keep his headquarters in the conference room. The company will also remain registered on the Athens Stock Exchange and will take the investment of Bally in Intracot of 26.86% to 33.34%.
Soohyung Kim, Chairman of the Bally Board of Directors and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of Intracal, has been delighted to finalize the agreement, claiming: “By joining intractral, the resulting company will be anchored in Europe and will have a much greater financial scale from which growth and compete on a global basis.”
