KSA puts Tonybet in opinion for FIFA and Ballon d'Or bets -

The Watchdog of the Netherlands Kansspelautorite (KSA) put the operator Tonybet in opinion for having provided unauthorized bets. In the Netherlands, bets are strictly regulated by the government. As such, the offers that Tonybet had provided were not allowed to manage in the country, and it now faces the anger of the KSA if it vacillates again.

“… Objective and verifiable performance in official sports competitions organized by recognized national or international sports organizations. The weaving options outside of these boxes are not covered by the authorized offer. ”

As the Gold Ball Prize and Ballon d’Or are not won in terms of competence, but in terms of voting or jury. As such, KSA has put Tonybet to note. There is no fine in place for the moment, but the bets must have been deleted.

KSA responds to Tonybet offenses

In the press release, the KSA said:

“KSA leaves it to a warning. However, he stresses that game suppliers themselves are responsible for their Paris options, even if they are by a third party. If an incident occurs and there has been an offer that is not authorized, suppliers must report this to the KSA. ”
