Madeleine McCann suspects that Christian Brückner is released from German prison

The first suspect in the very publicized case of the disappearance of Madeleine McCann was released from prison in Germany, where he served a sentence for an unrelated offense.
Christian Brückner was driven out of prison by his lawyer. He was not visible in the car, but the police confirmed that he had left Sehnde’s prison.
He had been found guilty of having raped an elderly woman in Praia da Luz in Portugal in 2005 and was equipped with an ankle label after his release from Sehnde prison near Hanover.
The German national, 48, has never been accused of crime compared to the McCann affair. He denies any involvement.
Madeleine disappeared in the Portuguese complex of Praia Da Luz in 2007. She and her brothers and sisters had been left in a holiday apartment while her parents, Kate and Gerry, went to a neighboring restaurant.
The disappearance of Madeleine has become one of the cases of an unresolved missing person in the world.
German prosecutors highlighted evidence – including mobile phones – indicating that Brückner was perhaps in the region when it has disappeared and has always insisted that they think it is responsible.
However, they did not find a strong sufficient evidence to bring charges.
Brückner, who spent many years in the Algarve, was a drifter, a small criminal and a condemned sex offender. He has already been convicted, in particular to sexually abuse children in 1994 and 2016.
Portuguese and German police carried out a new excavation between the place where the McCann had remained and the addresses linked to Brückner in June of this year, but that gave no breakthrough.
