Mali Junta accuses “foreign states” of attempted destabilization
Mali’s military junta of Mali said Thursday that she had arrested a French national suspected of working for the French intelligence services and at least 55 soldiers for having pretended to “destabilize the institutions of the Republic” with the help of “foreign states”.
