MGA strikes against the Soft Soft Suspendant platform claiming to be under license
The Maltete Gaming Authority (MGA) has once again had to advance to emphasize that it has no association with a game platform. The message contains two links that lead to the Soft Games Pocket platform, which hosts the linked games.
Pocket Games Soft (PG SOFT), as our previous report on Ph Love, uses a false MGA license to legitimize. Unlike other platforms that claim to be authorized by childcare dogs such as MGA, PG Soft was at some point in fact verified by Maltese authority.
However, in 2020, the MGA stripped the holding of its license and did not restore it five years later, according to its active license database.

According to the press release of September 29, 2020, the license was suspended for the following reasons:
“The authorized person has not submitted the documentation more to a change in participation eligible directly or indirect within the framework of the thirty period (30) days stipulated by law;
The authorized person has not submitted industry performance yields concerning the period covered from January 2019 to June 2019;
The authorized person has not submitted industry performance yields concerning the period covering from July 2019 to December 2019. ”
The MGA must now eliminate confusion, because the games linked to the position use the logo during loading screens.
False license complaints become more widespread
PG Soft always says that its license on its website, not only, allowing games on its platform to use the logo, but also in its dedicated section “Rendez-vous” of its website.
It becomes more and more common that certain outfits will divert and simply use license conceders or other game organizations to cement the legitimacy of their business. In the United States, a tribe had to follow actions similar to the MGA, because it was found that an online gaming outfit claimed to be part of the company of a tribe. The online game in Florida is illegal.
