Nikolaj Coster-Waldau would prefer if you were going to hate the end of “Game of Thrones”

Game of Thrones Well liked for a large part of its race – awards, at the top of the “best” lists – before getting out of the rails in its eighth and last season. Time has not softened the blow a little, even with the subsequent success of the prequel series House of the Dragon. Fans will probably never forgive the disappointing slowdown in the show, and that’s something Game of Thrones Star in particular has not completely accepted: Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who played Jaime Lannister.

Of course, Coster-Waldau and his co-stars did not write the scripts and should not be taken care of for the strange choices that their characters were able to make in the eight season. But in a new interview with The Independent, however, you can say that Coster-Waldau is tired of the subject, something he has undoubtedly been questioned since the end of the program 2019.

“It was planned,” he said about the counterpoup. “How are you going to make an end that will satisfy everyone? This is a very difficult thing. I absolutely think that people have the right to all opinion they have, but it’s a television show. Someone told you a story and you didn’t like the end. It’s really boring, but …”

The article also notes that Coster-Waldau would have been paid more than a million dollars per episode like Game of Thrones ended his race, so that may have helped make criticisms easier to take.
