Oasis said on Sunday that its members were “shocked and saddened” after a man fell to death during a concert by the British rock group at the London Wembley stadium.
Metropolitan police said that police and paramedical paramedics responded to the information in injured people just before 10:30 p.m. local time on Saturday evening.

Police urged anyone who had seen what had happened or caught it on the telephone video to contact the police.
“We are shocked and saddened to learn the tragic death of a fan of the show last night,” Oasis said in a statement, offering “sincere condolences to the family and friends of the person involved.
The first tour of Britpop icons in 16 years started on July 4 in Cardiff, in Wales. The concert on Saturday was the fourth of the seven shows planned in Wembley.
The Management Stadium said that the Sunday show would take place as planned.
