Qatar shares the draft of peace with Dr. Congo, M23 Rebels while the deadline is looming
Before a deadline of August 18, an official in Qatari declared Qatarian negotiators on Sunday sharing a peace project with the Congolese government and the rebels of M23. Doha is expected to host a new series of negotiations, added the manager.
