Report, result and goals while Rossoneri goes above with a nervous victory

AC Milan moved to the top of Serie A while the Massimiliano Allegri team hung on to 10 men to beat the Napoli 2-1 champions in San Siro.

The second passage from Allegri in charge was superbly started, and they entered the meeting with the Antonio Conte team after winning three victories of their first four games.
