Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s anti-Vaxxer allies shoot once for all COVVI-19 shots. An alleged relatives of the Secretary of Health said that Kennedy and President Donald Trump were preparing to put aside the COVVI-19 mRNA vaccines.

The British cardiologist and RFK Jr. advisor, Asem Malhotra, was interviewed by the Daily Beast for an article published Monday morning. In this document, Malhotra declares that the Trump administration will try to draw vaccines based on the US market mRNA “in a few months”. Although the probability of such a decision is not clear, it may be an indication of the confidence of the anti-salaries in the wake of Kennedy’s ascent to the country’s public health system management.

As the Daily Beast reports:

(Malhotra) told The Beast that many closest to RFK Jr. told him that they “did not understand” why the vaccine continues to be prescribed, and that a decision to withdraw the American market vaccine while waiting for new research will come “in the months”, even if it is likely to cause a “fear of chaos” and to bring them with major legal ramifications.

A history of vaccination skepticism

Although initially supported COVVI-19 vaccines, Malhotra has since campaigned against their use, often by citing deadly imperfect data. He has made several arrest that the vaccines were more dangerous than the virus itself, contributing considerably to heart attacks and other cardiac events – relationships widely refuted by other experts, including the British Heart Foundation. Although all vaccines and drugs include their risks, the vast majority of studies have shown that the overall advantages of COVVI-19 vaccination prevail from potential damage.

The opinions of Malhotra have benefited from a lot of support from the antivaccination movement, including the defense of children’s health, the organization founded and once led by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Malhotra, an external ally close to RFK Jr., is also a main advisor to the Make America Lobbying group Healthy Again (Maha), according to Daily Beast. He also helped collect funds for the failed presidential campaign in Kennedy last year.

Will COVID-19 shots disappear?

At the same time, Malhotra’s assertions on the future of COVVI-19 vaccines should not be considered a guarantee.

To start, there is nothing new in the fact that anti-taxxers would love to see the COVVI-19 vaccines disappear for good. And even Malhotra does not seem to be sure of how the Trump administration was going to remove them from the market.

At one point, for example, he told Daily Beast that the effort could occur “in a certain number of steps, including learning more about the data”. He added that: “But given the increase in discussions on vaccine injuries in recent weeks among the administration, he could also have come with their own decision.”

Later in the article, he expressed his optimism that once he could meet Trump during a visit scheduled for September, he “will get it, because it is in his interest”. Leaving aside Trump’s very short attention duration, Malhotra’s wording suggests that Trump is not already on board the COVVI-19 vaccines and should be convinced to do so.

For the moment, the White House seems not committed to the idea.

“The administration is based on the science of gold standards and is committed to radical transparency to make decisions that affect all Americans,” said White House spokesperson Kush Desai, Daily Beast. “Unless the administration is announced, any discussion on HHS policy must be rejected as basic speculation.”

A HHS spokesperson told Gizmodo that the agency “does not comment on potential or future political decisions”.

However, none of this means that the vaccines have not been in the RFK Jr. reticle since its management of HHS, Kennedy has served the CDC vaccine consulting committee, has withdrawn $ 500 million in federal funding for RNA vaccines and ended the agency’s recommendations for children and pregnant women, To list a few.

Kennedy may not want to or be able to withdraw the COVVI -19 plans from the market, but he certainly has and will continue to mark victories for the anti -vaccinated movement – to our entire detriment.
