Rubio arrives in Israel while the FDIs destroy more buildings in the city of Gaza

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Israel to discuss the war in Gaza after Israel’s attack on Hamas members in Qatar, who attracted international conviction.
Before his departure, Rubio said that US President Donald Trump was not satisfied with the Israeli strike on the ally of us, but stressed that the American-Israeli relationship was “very strong”.
“Obviously, we are not satisfied with it, the president was not satisfied with it. We must now go ahead and understand what comes next,” said Rubio.
His visit comes as Israeli forces continue to destroy the residential buildings of Gaza City, forcing thousands of people to flee an offensive of the soil expected to grasp the city.
In his remarks with a base Andrews, Rubio added that Trump’s priority had remained the return of all hostages and the end of the war. Hamas members were in Doha to discuss the last American ceasefire proposal in Gaza when Israel launched its strikes.
When asked if the strike on Doha complicated the will of Qatar to work with the United States, Rubio said: “They were good partners on a certain number of fronts”.
Qatar – An ally of the United States in the region and the location of a large American air base – will organize an emergency Arab -Islamic summit on Monday to discuss the next movements.
Doha condemned Israel’s attack as “cowardly” and a “blatant violation of international law”. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said this decision was “fully justified” because she was targeting senior Hamas leaders who organized the attacks of October 7, 2023.
Some 48 Israeli hostages, 20 of which are supposed to remain alive, are detained by Hamas in Gaza. Their families said that Netanyahu is the “obstacle” preventing their return and concluding a peace agreement.
The hostage and missing families forum wrote on social networks that Israel’s strike on Qatar last week shows “each time an agreement approaches, Netanyahu sabotes it”.

The Netanyahu’s plan to occupy the city of Gaza aroused international criticism, the UN warning a military escalation in an area where famine has been declared will grow civilians in an “even deeper disaster”.
Sunday images verified by the BBC showed that bombs hit the Al-Kawthar tower. Local officials told Reuters that at least 30 residential buildings had been destroyed. Israel said that he had made five waves of air strikes in the city during last week, targeting more than 500 sites, especially what he said to be recognition and elite shooters in Hamas, buildings containing tunnel openings and arms deposits.
Israel demanded that residents of Gaza City leave the city and go south and on Saturday, Israeli Defense forces (FDI) said that they had estimated that around 250,000 Palestinians had fled, although hundreds of thousands of people would remain in the region. Hamas called on people not to leave.
Some say they cannot afford to go while others say that southern Gaza is not sure either because Israel has also made air strikes.
“The bombing has intensified everywhere and we have shot down the tents, more than 20 families, we do not know where to go,” Musbah al-Kafarna told Reuters, moved to Gaza City.

On Sunday, the Ministry of Health managed by Hamas in Gaza said that the bodies of 68 people killed by the Israeli army arrived in its hospitals the day before.
Since the UN World Food Security experts have confirmed a famine to Gaza City on August 22, the ministry reported that at least 144 people died of famine and malnutrition across the territory. Israel said that he widens his efforts to facilitate aid deliveries and challenged the figures for the Ministry of Health on deaths related to malnutrition.
The Israeli army launched a campaign in Gaza in response to the attack led by Hamas against southern Israel on October 7, during which around 1,200 people were killed and 251 others were taken hostage.
At least 64,871 people have been killed in Israeli attacks in Gaza since then, according to the Hamas Ministry of Hamas in the territory.
