The Xi Jinping in China welcomed the Vladimir Putin of Russia on Sunday, Narendra Modi in India and leaders of around 20 countries at the top of the Shanghai cooperation organization in Tianjin, a high security rally aimed at stimulating the influence of Beijing and promoting “a world multipolar order”.
