Sheriff is looking for help from identification of Little Creek Casino Casino Robbery Suspect
The Mason County Sheriff’s Bureau requests community help to find a suspect in an armed flight at the Casino Little Creek in Kamilche, Washington.
“On 8/9/2025 around 11:24, a suspect entered the casino supervisor, displayed a handgun and asked for money. When he was told that there was no money in the Till, he fled on foot,” said the sheriff’s office in a Facebook statement. “The patrol and K-9 units searched the area but could not locate it. It was seen for the last time running towards Highway 101, then on the viaduct and out of sight.”
The sheriff’s office indicates that the suspect may be a Hispanic in the twenties in the early 1930s. It was about 5’7 ”with a smaller construction. At the time, it wore a gray or dark flannel shirt buttoned to the top, dark gray pants, dark” Romeo “boots, a light gray hat with a white Nike logo and sunglasses.
The statement added: “He had a transparent plastic glove on his right hand and was armed with a pistol.”
The armed suspect of Little Creek Casino could be linked to another flight
On social networks, a commentator on the Facebook page of the Sheriff of Mason Sheriff issued the hypothesis that the man seen in the Little Creek surveillance video could be the same person who stole the Silver Reef casino in the county of WhatCom about a week earlier. “Similar resemblance to the Guy of the Silver Reef Casino a week ago, but with a shaving,” said the post.
The Silver Reef incident occurred in the morning of August 3. A man entered the Lummi Nation casino, went to the cage and asked for money. The Lummi Nation police department did not say if he fled with money or he has shown a firearm. The surveillance images of this case show a man with a similar construction, but his arms were naked and seemed to have tattoos.
Some people have also hypothesized that the suspect of Little Creek could be the same person who recently stolen the “life jaws” of the Riverside Fire Authority in Centralia. Hydraulic rescue tools are what emergency teams use to release people trapped in vehicles or rubble.
The Tribal Casino, located north-west of Olympia, near the Olympic National Park, has 750 slot machines and 28 table matches to a sports book IGT Playsports, a 200-room hotel, a motorhome, six restaurants and bars, an event center, the seven inletts SPA and the SauLush Cliffs Golf Club.
