A sign reading "Exit Arizona"

Sidepot Casino decided to move from Arizona after the state has tightened its restrictions on the casinos of the competition.

The Arizona Games Department (ADG) was relentless in the tightening of global game rules in 2025. The competition casinos were the target of recent correspondence which left many operators looking for the exit door.

Sidepot Casino, managed by Fliff.Inc, was the seventh resistance to leaving the state in the middle of the regulatory push.

Sidepot leaves the Arizona market

As we pointed out earlier this month (September 2025), the ADG made an order to stop and descend in Raffall. This came to the rear of the operator promoting competition prices, and the company’s ties with the external countries of operation were considered a direct violation of state games.

The director of the Arizona Games department, Jackie Johnson, said: “The illegal game can take many forms, and it doesn’t matter if a draw, a raffle, a gift or a drawing.”

Sidepot Casino has become the last control figure for the ADG, and the operator decided to withdraw. Betty Sweeps, Pulz and Thrillzz were also involved in communications to stop the regulator in August, all other respective parts deciding to reduce their losses.

ADG changes concentration on the prediction markets

The ADG has now moved its goal to another emerging game boom, motivated by the rush to the prediction market across America. These new forms of play currently live in the legal limbo of federal certification, most of them, if not all, prediction providers are the protection and status of the law on the exchange of goods (CEA).

The CEA, in collaboration with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), has identified a list of legal shortcomings which currently allow prediction markets to operate through the state lines.

This contrasts with traditional Paris suppliers, who have to pay heavy license costs to operate in a state, to the chagrin.

We noted that Kalshi had also taken Californian tribes, declaring that the possibility for users to place bets on tribal land is protected by CEA and a selected part of the illegal law on the application of internet games (UAIGEA).

Thus, the battle between the ADG and the prediction markets seems to be another front in their prolonged war against their definition of providers who violated the legislature of the copper state.
