In the latest episode of Women Women, Mary Brown he also reflected on his family’s financial loss – and said it wasn’t always fair.
“The biggest thing is that I get two acres. Two acres,” Meri, 53, told a friend. Jane on the Sunday, January 19, episode of the TLC series, alleging that the ex-husband Code Brown he didn’t want to give her an equal share of their Coyote Pass family property. They’re like, ‘You don’t need a lot because you don’t have a lot of kids.’
Jen said that Meri “paid equally” for the farm, which is located in Flagstaff, Arizona, even though they only share one child. LeonWhat, 55.
“I don’t know if he doesn’t remember, like, when all our money was together and the family money that I helped with went to the children’s college, it went to property,” said Meri. “It went to everything. We had a family fund.”
Jen in a hurry Meri remembered that she not only put money into the family bank when she married Kody, but that money “paid for a lot of kids’ colleges, but not Leon.”
Jen said that the family fund “went to a lot of the kids’ cars, but not Leon’s,” which Meri confirmed. “I paid for Leon’s college,” Meri said, adding that she also paid for her son’s “car payments” — and he didn’t use genitalia.
Meri revealed: “I don’t really know how much money the family fund pays for the school or the cars of other children, but I know that my son’s school was not taken care of by the family fund.”

Despite being married to Kody for a very long time, Meri said that she never got a fraction of the money that her sister’s wives made to support multiple families.
“Kody has actually said: ‘Because I only have one child, I don’t deserve a share of the property,’” Meri said, referring to the sale of their property.
Meri and Kody were legally married from 1990 to 2014. They they divorced so Kody could marry a fourth wife Robyn Brown and legal custody of his three children from a previous relationship. Meri and Kody remained spiritually united until he confirmed their separation in January 2023.
Together with Leon, Kody received six children with both of them Janelle Brown and Christine Brown before breaking up. (Janelle announced her separation in December 2022, while Christine left many families in 2021.)
Kody is still married to Robyn, 46, with whom he shares three adopted children and two biological children.
“We had 18 children to take care of. You know, it’s just water under the bridge,” Kody told the cameras on Sunday when discussing the distribution of wealth. “I don’t even want to talk about it. Meri can complain about whatever happened all she wants.”
While Kody tried to ignore Meri’s comments, she insisted that she deserves money from their Coyote Pass property – just like Janelle. (Christine they gave him a portion of the land (to Robyn and Kody after their divorce and saved the money to keep from selling her Arizona home.)
“I have invested a lot in this family emotionally, financially (and) personally. I didn’t get anything out of it, like, alimony or anything. And I don’t want that,” concluded Meri. “So I think it’s good (to get) money to buy land. I think it’s better not to do that.”
Elsewhere in the episode, Kody met with a salesman to book Coyote Pass but didn’t save Janelle or Meri on the trail. The women, meanwhile, all retained lawyers to try to protect their rights on land.
Women Women airs on TLC Sundays at 10pm ET.
