The anti -government demonstrators are trying to storm the presidential palace

Antigovernmental demonstrators in Georgia tried to ensure the presidential palace in the capital, Tbilissi.
The police used tear gas and water cannons to disperse them.
The demonstrations began after certain government’s opposition figures called for a “peaceful revolution” against the government led by the Georgian dream party accused of being pro-Russian and authoritarian.
The country’s pro-Western opposition has been organizing demonstrations since last year, when Georgian Dream won an election which, according to his criticism, was fraudulent.
Georgian Dream then froze the membership talks of the European Union of Georgia, suddenly interrupting a long -standing national objective.
