The broadcasters open in the United States were said to have been invited to censor the reaction to Trump. Fans have always hua

Well, you cannot say that the public of the US Open is not engaged.
The noisy fans of the international competition known for its slowdown applauded, hué, roaring, rejected back the dikes of honey overflowing with vodka, fell on their knees to offer, thrown drinks, caught in children’s hats, shouted “sign the baby!” And generally accused of lacking respect for the real tennis game in favor of having a good time watered.
Thus, we could expect a reaction of a kind to the American president Donald Trump presenting himself for a match in the historically blue state of New York. The US Tennis Association (USTA) would also be planned.
According to an internal note originally obtained by the tennis report website, and as indicated by several media, the USTA asked us for open radiudiffusers to censor any reaction or protest to Trump during its appearance in the final of male singles between Jannik Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz on Sunday.
The USA would have sent a service note to the broadcasters, saying that Trump will be shown on tournament flows during the opening hymns ceremony. The broadcasters were also invited to the note to “refrain from presenting any disturbance or reaction in response to the presence of the president in any capacity”.
“We appreciate your understanding and cooperation,” concludes the USTA email to the broadcasting staff, according to the rebounds.
CBC News contacted the USTA for confirmation and has not yet heard. On Sunday, a White House official told ABC News that any request for censorship for crowd reactions had not come from them.
What we can confirm is that the crowd actually tried the American president – and the sounds were audible in at least a few news flows.
“ABC and ESPN refused Kowtow,” wrote Nancy Armor of the author of the USA TODAY opinion. “Although they did not linger on Trump when he was shown during the national anthem before the men’s final … They also did not film the reaction to him.
US President Donald Trump told journalists that he was liked ” attending the United States final in New York on Sunday and the fans were “really nice” and “great”. Trump was greeted by a mixture of cheers and hoots when the match screens was shown, which was delayed as security checks linked to Trump attendance caused confusion and slowdown in the entrance.
So what happened in the match?
First of all, the additional security caused by Trump’s visit led to lines long enough for many people to miss the start of the game, even after the organizers delayed it.
“The fact that a good part of the crowd has missed the first set, due to the bustle on the president, is very in line with his image of a disruptor,” a Tom Tebbutt, a tennis journalist based in Toronto and a member of the Canadian tennis hall, told CBC News Tom Tebbutt.
Trump briefly emerged from his suite approximately 45 minutes before the start of the match and heard a mixture of hua and cheers of a stadium which was still mainly empty. No announcement proceeded to appear, and it was raw enough for some in the crowd to miss it.
Trump is reappeared to more hoots in front of the national anthem. Standing in salvation, the president was briefly shown on the big screens of the arena during the anthem, and offered a sly smile that briefly made the Boos stronger, reports the Associated Press.
Trump was again shown on the big screen after the end of the first set and aroused a roar of stronger huts and piercing whistles. He raised his left fist in salvation when the noise continued in the stadium, which, with a capacity of 24,000, is one of the most important in tennis.
“Viewers watching the TV match, however, have only had ephemeral overviews of some of Trump’s moments,” wrote the New York Times. “When it was shown on video screens, the fans triggered a large part of hoots, with mixed cheers.”
An ABC television show showed that Trump was coming out of a box seat after his arrival to wander the still past crowd, but she did not include audio of the crowd. The cheers and hoots were audible during the ESPN flow of a subsequent appearance of Trump before the start of the event, according to Reuters.
A spokesperson for the USTA has told several media that “we regularly ask our broadcasters to refrain from presenting off-course disturbances”.
‘The fans were great’
Trump, for his part, said that fans were “brilliant”, telling journalists by returning to Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on Sunday that he had fun.
“I was going all the time. But, you have known, lately, it’s a little more difficult to go,” he said.
“I did not know what to expect. Usually, you would say that it would be a little progressive, as they say today, the crowd … Some people would call it liberal,” he said. “But they were great, the fans were great.”
Among those who attended Trump were the press secretary of the White House, Karoline Leavitt, the attorney general Pam Bondi, the secretary of the treasury Scott Bessent, the special envoy Steve Witkoff and Susie Wiles, the chief of staff of the White House.
Leavitt has published a video on X showing Trump’s signature hats in the crowd. “The president of the people,” she wrote.
Trump was once a pillar of the United States, but has not participated since he was noisily hooked in a quarter-final match in September 2015, months after launching his first presidential campaign.
