How does the CPS make a case and put on costs?

The CPS bases its costs on the information collected by HMRC, which is equivalent to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in the United States. This financial research is not similar to a criminal case, but rather to collecting information that could be used to prove a case during legal proceedings.

Officially, the CPS indicates their evaluation and the accusations brought in the spotlight are not a “conclusion or an involvement of any guilt or criminal conduct. It is not a factual conclusion, which can only be made by a court, but rather an assessment of what it may be possible to prove to a court, in accordance with the Crown prosecutors. ”
