The moment pilot is saved after an landing on emergency water

The new drone video shows when the Mark Finkelstein driver was rescued after having an emergency water landing off the Oak Island pier in North Carolina. According to Finkelstein, personal planes have experienced engine failure.

The rescuers, who were already in the region, responding to a nearby call, rushed to the small plane and extract Finkelstein in less than 30 seconds.

The rescue images were published on August 27 after officials of the Federal Aviation Administration finished their investigation.
