The ordinances of the Supreme Court of Brazil for resistance to the house for former president Jair Bolsonaro

The Supreme Court of Brazil ordered Monday that former President Jair Bolsonaro, who was tried for alleging a coup attempt after losing the 2022 elections.

The judge of the Alexandre de Moraes court made the ordinance, affirming in his decision that Bolsonaro had violated the precautionary measures imposed on him by publishing content on his son’s social networks.

By officially accusing Bolsonaro earlier this year, the Attorney General Paulo Gonet accused the former president of leading a criminal organization who would have plotted to cancel the election, the president of the poison Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva and the death Dead de Moraes, a longtime opponent of Bolsonaro.

Monday’s ordinance followed one from the Superior Court last month which ordered Bolsonaro to wear an electronic ankle instructor and imposed a curfew on its activities while the procedure is underway.

The last decision maintains the far -right leader under the ankle supervision, only allows family members and lawyers to visit him and enter all the mobile phones from his home to Rio de Janeiro.

Bolsonaro is forbidden to run for the 2026 elections after the judges with the main electoral courtyard of the country decided that he had abused his power and thrown doubts not based on the country’s electronic voting system.
