“I am proud of the countless hours of investigation and close collaborations between my office and several law enforcement organizations which put an end to this burglary ring, and I look forward to pursuing similar partnerships which help us to hold the criminals responsible in the courts.”
According to the Office of the Attorney General, the incidents took place from August 2024 to May 2025. The investigation and the proceedings were based on a reference by Illinois Gaming Board.

The case remains in progress while men will make their first appearance in court this month. The public was invited to remember that the defendants are presumed innocent until guilt is proven by a court.

“The State Police (ISP) Tinley Park, Palos Hills police, River Grove police services as well as the northern police alarm system, while we have succeeded in translating these delinquents into justice after a year -round investigation,” said IGB administrator Marcus D. Fruchter.
“The IGB will continue to work with other state and local agencies to maintain the integrity and safety of game and stop criminals that target Illinois play establishments.”
