FNG has learned that Retail FX and CFDs broker TIOmarkets has hired Cypriot CEO Andreas Skianis, as the company’s Global Head of Partners.

Andreas Skianis had been out of the “industry” for several years, but recently (2022-2023) Head of Partners at IC Markets. He also held several business development roles at IronFX, M4Markets, and HotForex (now HFM).

The hiring shows the second CEO to come to TIOmarkets in the first few weeks of 2025. Nick Jay has joined TIOmarketsas COO.

TIOmarkets operates an FCA regulated offshore (website tiomarkets.uk) and CySEC licensed TioMarkets CY Ltd (tiomarkets.eu), as well as an offshore division based in Mwali (tiomarkets.com). The company is managed by the CEO of Cyprus based Group Stefanos Mitsi. TIOmarkets is managed by Malaysian businessman Manmohan Singh Balbir Singh, who is also the owner of Cyprus-based Retail FX broker FXPrimus.
