A date has been set for the disciplinary hearing of Rashee Rice
A disciplinary hearing for the Kansas City chief receiver, Rashee Rice, is scheduled for September 30 in New York, according to sources that spoke to Adam Schefter in ESPN. Sue L. Robinson, a former American district judge who was appointed jointly by the NFL and the NFL Players’ Association as a disciplinary officer of the League, should currently hear the case.
With its audience scheduled for the end of September, Rashee Rice is expected to be available for the first four games of the chiefs before facing any potential discipline for its role in a multi-care accident last season which hurt several people. Rice, who pleaded guilty to two accusations of crime in the third degree before a district court, could have his legal affair rejected if he is able to finish compulsory five -year probation to which he was sentenced to the accident.
“All I can do is focus on what I can control at the moment, and I’m doing what I’m doing best here on the field,” said Rice earlier this month. “I learned how precious the possibility and the moment are. This here, we can be on the ground and be trained by coach Reid and having such a large quarter, is honestly a gift, a blessing. I changed completely. Honestly, you have to learn things like that. I took advantage of being able to learn from something like that. ”
No QB decisions for browns, giants or saints
Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski did not say who would be a quarter-back from the team in their pre-season match against the Eagles of Philadelphia, but he confirmed that it would not be Joe Flacco, according to NFL.com. He also said that it was too early to say if the recruit Dillon Gabriel would be in good health to play this weekend while he continues to fight an hamstiff injury. The only entirely healthy quarter of the list is currently Snoop Huntley, who signed with the team on August 5.
Although they don’t have as many injuries, the New York giants also did not make a decision concerning their starter under the pre-season match this weekend. Head coach Brian Daboll said he hoped to make this decision after the team’s step-by-step procedure today.
Finally, New Orleans’ head coach Kellen Moore has told journalists that he was still undecided about who would be the headquarters of the saints against the Jaguars on Sunday. Spencer Rattle was the start of the first pre-season game of the team.
Former goalkeeper All-Per Brandon Scheffer calls it
Bowler player Brandon Scherff announced that he was retiring from the NFL five times after spending ten seasons in the league. Written with the fifth overall choice of the 2015 NFL draft, Scherff spent the first part of his career with Washington Commanders before joining the Jacksonville Jaguars during the 2022 dead season, where he stayed.
“This is something that I could never dream of,” he said. “Sometimes I told my wife that she should pinch me, because I play a child’s game, and be able to do it as a job is quite incredible. Now having children and being able to see them after the matches is absolutely wonderful. So I would say that it is a dream come true. And I will be forever grateful to have had this chance. ”
Crows and commanders cancel the joint practice
In a somewhat surprising decision, the Washington commanders and the Baltimore Ravens agreed to cancel their joint practice scheduled for August 21. The Ravens cited the “logistics challenges” as a reason for the cancellation.
“Recognize the logistical challenges – with the previous games of our teams scheduled for different days – and the additional pressure on players before a short week, the Ravens and the commanders have mutually agreed not to hold a joint practice next week,” the RAVENS said in a statement published this morning. “Instead, we will focus on preparing our next pre-season match.”
“Sometimes the schedules do not synchronize,” said the commanders’ head coach Dan Quinn, to journalists before today. “I visited John (Harbaugh) last night, and he still chooses the best choices for players. So, from time to time, it does not synchronize. We are disappointed; We have a lot of respect for them and we are looking forward to it, but we will see them a few days after that. ”
A new defensive return to ATL
The Conerback CJ Henderson signed an agreement with the Falcons of Atlanta, pending the results of his physique. The old ninth choice of NFL in the draft of the NFL 2020 has spent the last two seasons with the Carolina Panthers. Last year, he recorded 39 plated in total and two deviations from passes in 12 games.
Loads, cowboys, vikings and steelers call their departure QB for this week
Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said Justin Herbert would be a quarter of the team against Rams. He added that Khalil Mack and Derwin James are the only starters not to play in the game.
Dallas cowboys’ head coach Brian Schottenheimer announced that Joe Milton III will start in the quarter against Baltimore ravens. In addition, the choice of first round Tyler Booker should make its pre-season debut of the NFL.
After starting in their first pre-season match, the quarter-rear JJ McCarthy will not play in the Vikings of Minnesota this weekend against the Patriots. Instead, Sam Howell will be a quarter-Arrière leaving on Saturday.
Again, Aaron Rodgers will not take the ground for the Pittsburgh steelers, and it will be Mason Rudolph who will be the quarter-Arrière leaving for black and gold. In addition, head coach Mike Tomlin said the players who had been sitting last week will not play this week again.
