Trump moves nuclear submarines after the comments of the former president-president

President Donald Trump says that he ordered two nuclear submarines to “be positioned in the appropriate regions” in response to “very provocative” comments from former Russian president Dmitry Medvedev.
Trump said that he had acted “in case these stupid and inflammatory statements were more than quite simply. Words are very important and can often lead to involuntary consequences, I hope it will not be one of these cases”.
He did not say where the two submarines were deployed.
Medvedev recently threatened the United States in response to Trump’s Ultimatum in Moscow to accept a ceasefire in Ukraine, or cope with difficult sanctions.
Russia and the United States have the most nuclear weapons in the world.
But Trump did not say if he was referring to nuclear or nuclear weapons in his article on Truth Social.
In the position, the American president wrote: “Based on the very provocative declarations of the former president of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, who is now the vice-president of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, I ordered that two nuclear submarines are positioned in the appropriate regions”.
Trump and Medvedev were recently involved in a series of personal attacks on each other on social networks.
Monday, Medvedev accused Trump of having played “the game Ultimatum with Russia”.
In an article on X, he said that “each new ultimatum is a threat and a step towards war”.
Earlier this month, Medvedev described Trump’s ultimatum as “theatrical”, saying that “Russia will don’t care”.
And by writing on Telegram on Thursday, Medvedev warned against a threat of “dead hand” – which certain military analysts understood as a reference to the name of code named Russia of nuclear strikes.
Trump described Medvedev on Thursday as “the former president of Russia, who thinks he is still president”.
Trump also warned Medvedev to “watch his words”, adding that “he enters a very dangerous territory!”
The White House told the BBC that they had no longer commented on Trump’s remarks.
The Kremlin did not publicly comment on Trump’s last statement.
