Ukraine strikes one of the largest oil refining complexes in Russia with an explosive drone attack
The kyiv military intelligence agency confirmed on Saturday that a Ukrainian drone had struck one of the largest oil refineries in Russia about 1,400 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Russian official Radiy Khabirov said the attack caused minor damage to the refinery.
